During assembly, validation, and operation, printed circuit boards can be exposed to bending, vibration, shock, and thermal loading. Strain measurement helps engineers evaluate the impact on components and solder joints, improving design quality and product durability.
Dewesoft also provides dedicated technical guidance for strain rate measurements on printed circuit boards, covering strain gauge setup, testing requirements, and data interpretation for PCB reliability studies. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
The deployment of the Dewesoft SIRIUS HD 16 STGS system at Samsung R&D Vietnam reflects the growing adoption of high-precision DAQ solutions in the electronics industry, especially in R&D environments where reliable measurement data is essential for product development.
