The DTS SLICE series is the world's leading miniature, modular, and rugged data acquisition (DAQ) system, specifically engineered for extreme testing environments such as crash, blast, in-dummy measurements, and high-shock applications. With ultra-compact form factors – particularly the NANO and MICRO modules measuring only a few centimeters – SLICE systems can be embedded directly inside test articles without influencing structural dynamics or measurement accuracy.

The modular architecture allows multiple SLICE modules to be stacked together to support dozens of measurement channels while maintaining a very small footprint. The system records data directly to onboard flash memory and supports a wide variety of sensor inputs including bridge, IEPE, thermocouple, and voltage signals.
